This side rail for vz.58 is designed to work with riflescopes and collimators POSP, PK-A and PK-AS with downside mounting SVD.

5x hex key screw M4x8
1x plate
.... all as can be seen from the photo. It contains all you need for mounting.
The riflescope holds very well and is secured against movement when recoil.
